commission > HOW TO ORDER

1. GENERAL

• Please check commission status and slots that are available through here first before requesting for commission.• When status is OPEN, there's will be few slots available whether on Etsy, Ko-Fi, Vgen or you can request to be in a waitlist.• When status is CLOSED, I won't be accepting any order or request, usually to focus on the current queue.• I'll be offline on Saturday and Sunday.

2. WAITLIST

• If the slot are full on every platform, you get an option to request to be in a waitlist.• Please be aware that the start time for your order cannot be guaranteed, as I need to complete the current order before moving on to yours. Please expect that you will get your turn in 2 weeks to 1 month+++. ( I can only take 3 commissions per week, depends on how many characters I need to draw)• In the event that I don't receive a response within 3 days after reaching out to you, your spot will be removed from the list.

GENERAL

  • By default, all orders are granted with a Personal License only.

  • Generally, estimated turnaround time are 3–14 days after sketches are confirmed.

  • Any modifications requested after the order is completed, and 7 days have passed, will incur additional charges.

  • 15% fee will be charged for recoloring request.

  • Please be aware that the artwork should not violate Twitch's terms of service (or in any other platforms).

  • The artwork cannot be used or minted as NFT, as it is strictly prohibited.

  • If there is a delay in fulfilling your order, it may be due to unexpected circumstances such as illness or emergencies. I will keep you informed, and I appreciate your patience.

PREMADE EMOTES/ SUB BADGES/ ASSETS

  • The artwork can only be used as an emote, profile picture, alert, or stream overlay.

  • Any edits, alterations, recoloring, or animation of the artwork are not allowed.

  • Tracing or redrawing the emote as your own is not allowed.

  • If used in a channel or server, please do not encourage others to use the emotes for inappropriate purpose.

  • Effective July 1 2022, any order placed (files) before this date will no longer available due to complete loss of files.

PAYMENT

  • All commissions will be charged in USD through a PayPal invoice or Ko-Fi donation, and payment must be made upfront.

  • We have no control over, or responsible for, any fees or charges (tax) associated with the transaction when using PayPal, Etsy, Ko-Fi or Vgen. These fees, if applicable, will be the sole responsibility of the buyer.

  • Prices are final and non-negotiable.

REFUNDS

  • If you wish to cancel the order, please let me know as soon as possible.

  • Once the payment is made and the draft sketch has been sent, no refunds can be issued.

  • If you haven't received any draft sketch within 7 days after payment, you can request a refund excluding any fees.

  • Please refrain from placing an order unless you have all the necessary details and references ready. This will help ensure that your order is not delayed or overlaps with others.

  • In the event that I am unable to work on your commission after payment, I will issue a refund, excluding any fees.

LICENSE

PERSONAL LICENSE

  • Any order or digital product is delivered by default with a personal license.

  • You can use the delivered artwork even if your channel, stream, or video is monetized.

  • You are not allowed to redraw, recolor, redistribute, or resell the artwork.

  • If you hire an animator to animate the artwork, please provide proper credit to xketam (me). Original files will not be provided.

  • I retain ownership of the artwork.

COMMERCIAL LICENSE 1

  • You are granted the right to use the artwork for commercial purposes; however, you're not permitted to resell it as an emote, adoptable, or NFT and claiming it as yours.

  • 50%-100% fee of total order or digital product will be charged.

DISCLAIMER

  1. Streaming while using my work as reference without my permission is not allowed.

  2. I am not obligated to contact anyone (the streamer nor the artist) if I discover my work (especially my client's) being stolen. In such cases, DMCA takedown notice may be issued.

  3. Any alteration, editing, or use of my works utilizing on AI is not allowed.

  4. I do not give permission to repost my work as a reference on your page (for bots).
