By purchasing any commission, the buyer agrees to be bound by these terms.

All prices are in USD and payment must be made in full upfront.

Turnaround time usually takes 3-14 days after reference / sketches are approved. Complex or high-volume orders may take longer.

Any request for modifications after the artwork is completed (and more than 7 days after delivery) may incur additional charges.

Finished files will only be stored for up to 6 months. Please make sure to download and back up your files, as they may not be available after this period.

Delays in providing commission details can disrupt the workflow and timeline. Please ensure details are submitted promptly to avoid complications. As funds may be withdrawn early, issuing refunds can take time.

Allowed use: emotes, profile pictures, alerts, or overlays.

Not allowed: editing, recoloring, animating, tracing, redrawing, or altering in any way.

Reselling, redistributing, or transferring ownership is strictly prohibited, even if unused.

When used in a server/channel, clients must ensure others cannot freely take, copy, or distribute the assets.

Effective July 1 2022, any order placed (files) before this date will no longer available due to complete loss of files.

YCH commissions require you to provide a final, completed character design. Custom designing or creation from scratch is not included.

The pose, expression, and layout are predetermined and will not be altered. Only color matching, markings, or accessories from your reference are accepted.

Revisions are not available for some YCH orders. The artwork will be drawn exactly as shown in your provided reference.

Usage rights are personal only. Redistribution, resale, or claiming the base/template as your own is prohibited.

All commissions will be charged in USD through a PayPal invoice or Ko-Fi donation, and payment must be made upfront.

We have no control over, or responsible for, any fees or charges (tax) associated with the transaction when using PayPal, Etsy, Ko-Fi or Vgen. These fees, if applicable, will be the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Prices are final and non-negotiable.

If you wish to cancel, please notify me as soon as possible before work begins.

Once payment is made and a draft sketch or first stage is delivered, refunds are not available.

If no draft sketch is delivered within 7 days of payment, you may request a refund (minus any processing fees).

In the rare event I’m unable to complete your commission after payment, a refund will be issued (excluding external fees).

All orders and digital products are delivered with a personal license by default.

Delivered works may be used on channels, streams, or videos, even if monetized.

Tracing, redrawing, recoloring, redistributing, or reselling any works is not permitted.

If an animator is hired to animate the work, proper credit to xketam must be provided. Rig-ready files will not be provided, as artworks are created in merged layers rather than separated for animation.

I retain ownership of the artwork.

A commercial license grants the right to use the work for profit-making purposes. Reselling as emotes, adoptables, NFTs, or claiming ownership is not permitted.

A commercial license fee of 50%–100% of the original order or product price will be applied.

Commercial use includes: Merchandise (stickers, shirts, keychains, prints, etc.) Digital products or paid packs (Patreon/Ko-fi rewards, etc) Branding for a business, company, or VTuber agency. Assets included in products or services that are sold.
